Great service from Gerry in Glasgow. Having stupidly put diesel in my petrol car and driven it, I was very anxious I had done real damage to my car/ engine. However, after being put in contact with Gerry my mind was put at ease instantly. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and understanding. He was very prompt and arrived at my car within an hour of calling, took his time and made sure to let me know what he was doing as he was doing it and explained everything thoroughly. Throughout all of this he was additionally so personable and friendly, which took away any stress. I truly felt that my car was in great hands. I honestly cannot recommend Gerry enough, he was a life saver! I will definitely be recommending this to my friends and giving the business cards out incase anyone makes the same mistake. After misfuelling and then driving very noisily for several miles the previous evening, the RAC Motability scheme sent out Fuel Doctor first thing following morning to Giffnock (when penny dropped on what we'd done). The gentleman, Gary that came to her rescue at Morrisons (Holyhead Road, Coventry) was very efficient and personable helping her in all ways. I just want to say a massive thank you to Gary from Nuneaton in getting my wife’s car sorted for me! I put in £20 worth of petrol into her Vauxhall Mokka 1.7 cdti, I thought best I would fill it with Diesel and dilute the petrol, however there was a bit of clattering which just didn’t seem right. I then read on various websites that modern cars can’t handle so much petrol and can cause damage, Gary came out late on a Wednesday night and drained the tank 60 ltr of fuel removed and an additive and clean diesel put in, the Mokka purrs again. Thank you Gary, will sleep now knowing I haven’t wrecked the wife’s car, though I doubt I’ll live it down!

Jim from Edinburgh came out to Lenzie to help me, he was there within the hr. After driving my car for a day with petrol in it instead of diesel I feared the worst. I was roadside with a new born baby, a school run to do and a practically dead phone battery......suffice to say I was rather emotional. Jim had me on the road home within half an hr!! I cannot recommend this service enough, its efficient, effective and more than that Jim was so so helpful. I hope I do not have to use the service again but if I am daft enough to put petrol in instead of diesel again I wouldn't hesitate to call fuel dr.

This may not be a business message as such but a tall dark tattooed male went into tesco express adlington lancashire this evening at 7 pm. He brought 12 tins of beans and 12 tins of rice pudding and put this in the food bank box. When he left he left in one of your vans. This act of kindness totally warmed my heart as in my work I see people at breaking point in desperate need of food banks. So now knowing the kind of staff you employ I will definitely use you if I need to and will fully recommend you!

A couple of weeks ago, I mistakenly put £25 worth of petrol into my brothers car (which I was borrowing), forgetting that his, was in fact, a Diesel. I’d never made this mistake before so was naturally a bit clueless as to how I should go about solving the problem and ended up driving the 3 miles home, praying silently that I’d make it.

Anyway, I did and as soon as I got my foot through the front door, I was straight on the internet and began searching for answers. It wasn’t long before I came across a website called Fuel Doctor. I checked their map to see if my area was reachable and to my relief, they covered my area. Noticing that they were a 24 hour service (and it was 11:45pm at the time), I rang their number without hesitation and was told that a man with a van would be with us in no time. True to their word, a Fuel Doctor van arrived a couple of hours later, he informed me that he’d just shot straight over after finishing a previous fuel drain.

He was extremely pleasant and got stuck into the job right away. He drained the contaminated fuel directly from the fuel line and was happy to replace it with 25 litres of fresh fuel. The job was completed in no time and the cost as well as the service left me completely satisfied.

Cannot thank Fuel Doctor enough for the service provided!! Now all I have to worry about is whether to confess the misfuel mishap to my brother!!

I absent-mindedly filled my tank with the wrong fuel!! Of course, I didn’t realise this until I was on my way home again and the engine started to splutter and the cars revs were a mess.

I turned my Ford Focus engine off and used Google on my phone to start scanning the pages for any help! I finally came across the Fuel Doctor website, which seemed to operate up and down the country and not only in specific areas like most of the other sites claimed.

So I gave them a call and was immediately at ease when I was told that a Doctor would be sent out asap. He arrived quicker than I expected and got to work straight away. He was very professional and efficient in his work and once the fuel drain was complete, he gave me 5 litres of Diesel to start me off again.

I was very impressed with the service and the price, which was very reasonable in comparison with other fuel drain services. Perfect company to call if you’re ever in need of a fast and successful fuel drain!!

I Put Wrong Fuel in my Ford Focus, Gary, Doncaster

Back in March, I accidentally put 25 litres of unleaded petrol into my Freelander. After travelling a short distance, the car began to react in an unfamiliar way and seemed to be “choking”. It was only after I’d stopped the car and checked my receipt that I realised I’d favoured Petrol over Diesel! Feeling flustered and trying not to panic, I used my mobile to search the Internet for a legit fuel drain service who could help me out.

I came across a company called Fuel Doctor and rang them immediately. The chap I spoke to was friendly and reassuring and informed me that he would send a man over straight away. As promised, a Fuel Doctor van pulled up within the hour and got straight to work and the fuel drain was complete before I knew it.

I cannot thank him enough for putting my mind at ease and sorting my car out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Fantastic service, no messing about and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has the misfortune of a misfuel in future.

I watched as I put petrol in my diesel car in Manchester. I had just filled my diesel car with £30 of petrol and started the ignition, the car got me home and it wasn't until the car started to jump that I realised I had put the wrong fuel in my car. I went online and googled Fuel Doctor, I was worried that I would have to have an new engine in the car after reading horror stories online.

Luckily, they have a Fuel Doctor covering Manchester for fuel drains, his name was Richard, we had a cup of tea and 15 minutes later we were done. I took the car for a spin round the block and they even accept cards on location.

Working from a work van, I am used to putting diesel in my van, until I got a hire car while in Newcastle working. This was a petrol car, not a diesel. I filled the car right up with the wrong fuel and realised what I had done on the forecourt.

The garage recommended I call Fuel Doctor and push the car to the side of the court, thanks to that man for helping me. They were out within an hour, sorted the problem (I felt stupid and sat in the car) and filled me up with £20 worth of petrol.

Fuel Doctor really are an emergency service, if you put the wrong fuel in your car or need a fuel drain give them a call, highly recommended.
